📋 Description

• Manage assigned patient reimbursement and coordination cases for the NavieGo branch • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned healthcare providers • Facilitate the entire patient journey and coordinate communication among involved parties • Coordinate and manage prescription drug coverage applications • Complete and submit documentation to insurance companies and public funding programs • Coordinate with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals • Coordinate clinic appointments and drug deliveries within required timelines • Support and guide patients and healthcare providers throughout the reimbursement process • Build relationships with patients and healthcare providers • Apply best practices to maximize patient access to drug coverage • Coordinate pharmacy processes after funding is obtained • Apply knowledge of public and private funding systems • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reimbursement processes and improve efficiency • Enhance patient experience and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Qualified Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Practical Nurse with a valid provincial license • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer/client service and health care reimbursement • Prior oncology experience preferred • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset • Bilingualism in French and English is required • English proficiency required • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google Apps, Word, and Excel • Ability to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, covering 8 AM to 8 PM • Ability to organize schedules, prioritize tasks, multitask, meet competing deadlines, work independently and in a team, solve problems, and think critically
