📋 Description

• Monitor customer personnel safety through real-time alert systems • Manage emergency alerts according to established escalation protocols • Respond calmly and confidently to critical situations • Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support for triggered alerts • Monitor weather and road conditions for lone workers • Proactively inform lone workers of potential hazards • Deliver exceptional customer service • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents • Prepare comprehensive reports on safety incidents and resolutions • Work overnight shifts • Report to the Manager, Alert Management Specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken French and English required • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience • Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role required • Valid First Aid and CPR certification required • First Aid and CPR certification must include an in-person, hands-on practical skills evaluation • Fully online certifications without an in-person testing component will not be accepted • Proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese is an asset • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Emergency Management, Public Safety, Customer Service Management, or a related field is an asset • Strong work ethic and ability to handle a high volume of client interactions • Proficiency using technology to maintain records, access information, and manage client accounts or inquiries • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision • Ability to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle concurrent tasks • Ability to adjust work hours or schedules as needed • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
