📋 Description

• Influence the design, rollout, and sustainment of talent programs across all phases of the employee lifecycle • Support internal teams with the implementation and execution of organization-wide employee experience programs and initiatives • Review tools and identify opportunities for updates • Source vendors to enable continuous program execution and meet evolving needs • Research emerging trends in employee experience and talent programs • Use research insights to inform recommendations that evolve CRS strategy • Collaborate with stakeholders across People & Culture, including Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, and Learning & Development • Report to the Manager, Employee Experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-6 years of HR experience in at least two of the following areas: Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning • Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably majoring in HR • CPHR Designation considered an asset • May be required to complete a criminal record check in accordance with FCL policies
