📋 Description

• Provide operational oversight of contracted payor escalations, including settlements, legal escalations, and support for contract negotiations • Develop strategy to drive escalations to resolution • Manage large escalations and projects with ROPS, Legal and Contracting partners, and external insurance companies • Resolve complex and large claim payment issues through legal and contracting channels • Collaborate to prevent recurring issues • Set team goals, motivate the team, and ensure work product meets standards • Manage projects, prioritize competing priorities, and deliver on deadlines • Prepare and deliver audience-tailored communications • Identify barriers and implement solutions • Build high-performing teams and develop leaders • Generate strategic insights and translate strategy into actionable opportunities • Identify stakeholders and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior audiences

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/equivalency – Required • Bachelor’s Degree in related field – Preferred • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel – Required • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle – Required • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Collections – Preferred • Ability to work with ROPS, Legal and Contracting partners, and external insurance companies • Ability to manage large escalations and projects with multiple participants and stakeholders • Ability to prepare and deliver effective communications tailored to different audiences • Ability to generate strategic insights and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior audiences
