• Develop a deep understanding of target personas, market trends, and competitive landscape • Evolve DeepJudge’s North American field strategy and program calendar • Partner with Sales on regional priorities, target accounts, opportunities, and customer relationships • Lead conference presence from strategy and planning through execution and follow-up • Create integrated programs connecting field activities with content, digital activation, customer advocacy, partner marketing, and sales outreach • Develop executive dinners, roundtables, customer gatherings, workshops, and other audience experiences • Build target and account-based programs for priority firms, prospects, and buying committees • Incorporate customers through speaking opportunities, peer-to-peer conversations, customer-led experiences, and advocacy • Collaborate with strategic partners on joint events and activations • Work with Product Marketing, Integrated Growth, Content, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, and Sales • Own end-to-end program delivery, including budgets, agencies, venues, vendors, production, timelines, logistics, and onsite execution • Develop repeatable formats and playbooks for scaling field programs • Track engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline contribution, and ROI • Identify new communities, formats, partnerships, and audience engagement opportunities • Build relationships with industry associations, publications, and strategic partners to strengthen legal tech visibility and credibility
• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environment • Experience in legal tech is a strong plus • Experience owning field programs end-to-end and demonstrating contribution to pipeline and business growth • Experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales teams and supporting complex buying journeys and strategic accounts • Understanding of field marketing across events, ABM, partners, customers, content, and digital activation • Strong commercial judgment and ability to prioritize opportunities based on audience relevance and business impact • Creativity in developing enterprise audience experiences and programs • Exceptional project management across multiple programs, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets • Ability to develop strategy, present ideas, brief teams, negotiate with vendors, and manage onsite execution • Data-driven approach using CRM and marketing data • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Willingness to travel across North America • Remote work with preference for candidates located in or working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours • Legally authorized to work in Canada
