📋 Description

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and prototype phases • Assist clients with testing and moving solutions to Production • Support clients during annual events such as Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, and ACA • Partner with Engagement Managers to communicate project status and changes • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts for communication and project alignment • Maintain accurate forecasts in a timely manner • Partner with Sales and serve as a subject matter expert for sales presentations, demos, and LOEs • Stay current on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and best practices • Build strong client relationships through trust and exceptional customer service • Solution, navigate, and optimize Workday Advanced Compensation • Support successful implementation and post-go-live production support for Core Comp, Advanced Comp, and additional HCM modules • Contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice

🎯 Requirements

• Must have independently led at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Workday Phase X implementations • Workday experience independently leading higher education projects is preferred • Minimum of two years of experience as a lead Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant at a Workday partner firm is required • Workday Partner Certifications required: HCM Core, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, and at least one of Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, or PEX • Employment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification • All required Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA • Experience troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday Advanced Compensation • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detailed understanding of Workday Advanced Comp processes and best practices • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Must successfully pass the pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, which may include reference checks, criminal background investigation, and applicable licensing verification
