📋 Description

• Deliver full-stack solutions from customer-facing UIs to database queries and interactions between application layers • Lead design and delivery of end-to-end features across the stack, emphasizing high-performance ASP.NET Core services • Architect maintainable and secure APIs integrating with EMRs, imaging partners, and AI services • Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions • Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to translate requirements into desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences • Define automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies • Champion CI/CD and DevOps in Azure • Introduce engineering practices, performance tuning, and observability improvements • Shape the technical roadmap and contribute to Agile development planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Full-stack experience with demonstrated ownership of both modern frontend and backend in production • Experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems; shaping data models and domain boundaries • Experience deploying and operating workloads in Azure or AWS/GCP using IaC, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), pipelines, and monitoring • Deep experience with SQL Server • Proficiency in automated testing with xUnit/NUnit/Jest/Playwright and enforcing clean code standards • Proven track record of mentoring engineers, leading projects, and influencing engineering strategy • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration in a cross-functional Agile environment
