📋 Description

• Support employees and leaders across multiple business units throughout the full employee lifecycle • Manage disability cases, including CNESST cases and RAMQ compliance • Advise on HR policies, employment standards, and employee relations • Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and external vendors • Support employees and conduct onboarding sessions • Communicate HR programs in English and French • Support acquisition integrations, including employee onboarding and HR program alignment • Contribute to the administration of the Employee Share Ownership Plan and bonus programs • Validate eligibility, produce reports, and communicate program information with Finance and stakeholders • Use AI tools for ticket triage, employee communications, reporting, data analysis, and workflow improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Full bilingualism in English and French, written and spoken • Experience with Workday or another HR software • Experience with HR ticketing platforms such as Dovetail • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, disability management, or Canadian and Quebec employment legislation • Strong knowledge of employment standards across provinces, including Quebec-specific CNESST and RAMQ requirements • Experience in disability management • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to apply sound judgment in complex and sensitive situations • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed team • Ability to operate effectively in an AI-enabled work environment, including reviewing and validating automation outputs
