📋 Description

• Outreach directly into prospective customers who fit our ideal persona via cold calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods • Work with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts • Find creative methods, channels, and strategies to help guide prospects to a Hightouch Ad Studio demo • Own building the outbound playbook from the ground up, helping shape process, messaging, tooling, and strategy for this new product

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Self-starter, ability to self-motivate and build from zero in a high-growth start-up • Comfort operating without an established playbook and helping create one • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Prior experience (1+ years) engaging customers and prospects • Interest in tech, and ideally in marketing, advertising, or data • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
