📋 Description

• Lead the design and video editing teams • Set quality standards, keep work on track, and develop team members • Build and improve scalable production systems, including briefs, handoffs, QA, and capacity planning • Connect creative strategy with production to ensure planned work is produced quickly and accurately • Define and track KPIs for creative speed, quality, and revisions • Test, adopt, and systematize AI tools for design, editing, and content generation • Monitor paid-social performance creative trends and inform future creative production • Report to the Director of Performance Creative

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional design taste and craft • Ability to run a tight team, maintain accountability, unblock team members, and raise delivery standards • Systems-thinking ability to build processes, identify bottlenecks, and resolve them • Fluency in AI content creation; daily use and practical workflow integration of AI tools • Understanding of performance creative and paid social advertising • Perfect written and spoken English • Strong design portfolio demonstrating taste, craft, and systems thinking • Experience leading or managing creative teams • Track record of building effective creative processes • Familiarity with AI content creation tools • UX design background, preferred as an added plus • Hands-on motion design and video editing experience, preferred as an added plus • Agency experience shipping paid social creative at volume, preferred as an added plus • Strong understanding of Paid Media, preferred as an added plus • Candidates should hold citizenship or permanent right to work in their country of residence
