📋 Description

• Review, negotiate, and sign sales contracts, purchase orders, and modifications • Maintain close working relationships with Sales and Consulting associates during client sales contract negotiations • Work with the Public Sector team to secure contract vehicles throughout North America and globally • Advise on public sector contracting, legal issues and risks, approval processes, policies, and procedures • Draft and negotiate master agreements, statements of work, project-specific addenda, non-disclosure agreements, and customer-specific contracts • Manage contract negotiation processes with internal teams, stakeholders, and external clients • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders while ensuring legislative and policy compliance • Advise on employment, immigration, marketing, property, insurance, privacy, data security, and litigation matters

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school • Admission to a Canadian provincial bar, in good standing to practice law in Canada • 2–4 years' experience post call in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department • Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating a wide array of contracts • Experience with privacy and data security requirements globally considered an asset • Ability to juggle multiple competing demands • Strong analytical skills, judgment, business acumen, negotiation and presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
