📋 Description

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing clients. • Facilitate seamless client onboarding and sustained client success. • Oversee timely technical setup within client parameters, including database integration and providing scripts to website developers. • Lead and participate in introductory calls with new clients. • Serve as a primary point of contact, addressing queries and setting clear expectations. • Create personalized onboarding plans with clients. • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate training for clients and sales representatives. • Prepare and deliver comprehensive client reports with insights and recommendations. • Participate in quarterly reviews with dealer groups. • Provide prompt customer service and proactively address client issues. • Investigate client and team requirements, identify potential issues, and propose solutions. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and product enhancement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven customer support experience as a Client Service Representative. • Fluency in French is an asset. • Demonstrated proficiency in effective phone communication and exceptional active listening skills. • Proficiency with CRM systems and practices. • Customer-focused mindset and adaptability to diverse customer needs and preferences. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management. • Demonstrated experience thriving in an Agile, fast-paced environment. • Enthusiasm for learning and embracing new technologies. • Ability to contribute meaningfully to the team and refine best practices. • Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation. • Proactive initiative.
