📋 Description

• Build relationships with long-term care organizations across the GTA and Southern Ontario • Meet management teams and care professionals to understand organizational challenges • Initiate and guide free pilot periods with long-term care homes • Stay involved throughout pilots and bring the right people together • Help organizations assess Momo Medical's impact and make informed decisions about long-term partnerships • Continue building relationships and expand partnerships to additional residents or locations • Spend around 70% of the time visiting long-term care homes across the GTA and Southern Ontario • Work independently while staying closely connected to the Momo team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in relationship management, consulting or a commercial role, for example within healthcare, SaaS or a scale-up • Previous experience or a network within Canadian long-term care is a plus, but not a requirement • Naturally curious, empathetic and genuinely interested in people • Ability to build trust with care professionals, administrators and senior leaders • Patient and focused on finding the right solution rather than simply making a sale • Able to take ownership and work independently • Comfortable organizing own schedule and following up reliably • Comfortable with change and adapting in a growing organization • Open to feedback and actively interested in personal development • Valid driver's licence • Reliable car • Able to travel frequently throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario
