• Build relationships with long-term care organizations across the GTA and Southern Ontario • Meet management teams and care professionals to understand organizational challenges • Initiate and guide free pilot periods with long-term care homes • Stay closely involved during pilots and bring the right people together • Help organizations experience and assess the impact of Momo Medical • Build partnerships and expand successful implementations to additional residents or locations • Spend approximately 70% of the time visiting long-term care homes across the GTA and Southern Ontario
• Experience in relationship management, consulting or a commercial role, for example within healthcare, SaaS or a scale-up • Previous experience or a network within Canadian long-term care is a plus, but not a requirement • Valid driver’s licence • Reliable car • Able to travel frequently throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario • Naturally curious and able to understand LTC organizations and care-team challenges • Able to build trust with care professionals, administrators and senior leaders • Patient and interested in finding the right solution rather than simply making a sale • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership • Comfortable with change and adapting in a growing scale-up • Open to feedback and actively interested in personal development
