• Ecosystem Expertise: A proven track record of driving new logo acquisition within the Workday, HR, Finance, or ERP cloud ecosystem. • Services Sales Mastery: Demonstrable success in structuring and selling high-value Professional Services alongside software solutions. • Complex Deal Navigation: Ability to manage extended sales cycles (6–12 months) and influence multi-stakeholder environments. • Communication: Exceptional persuasive skills with the ability to influence C-level executives. • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a significant advantage given the global remit. • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel (20%) for critical customer meetings and industry events.
