• Support the Sales Organization by selling support contracts and training programs. • Execute, manage, and grow sales of support contracts and training sales opportunities through renewals and new sales. • Manage the lead lifecycle and coordinate communications to ensure timely follow-up and customer engagement. • Help develop and support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives by executing targeted outreach and follow-up. • Support Front Line Sales colleagues with their sales efforts when requested. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. • Assist the Sales Support team with quote creation and Jira management when required. • Occasionally attend trade shows, sales meetings, and road shows.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service—preferably in the broadcast or media technology industry. • Some knowledge of Lawo’s product portfolio is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience with CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hubspot) platforms is preferred.
