📋 Description

• Sell and promote Manulife One, Manulife Bank Select, and associated lending solutions • Develop a consumer client base to facilitate direct sales of lending solutions • Ensure flawless delivery to clients and advise the appropriate servicing unit about business flow • Identify ideas for improving existing products and services and opportunities for new products • Partner with the Business Development Consultant and other banking specialists to build advisor interest in Manulife Bank debt management and deposit solutions • Bring banking knowledge into the regional marketplace and help others understand financial products

🎯 Requirements

• Solid underwriting experience with residential mortgages (3-5 years) • 5 or more years of financial services experience or experience in a sales/service capacity preferred • Ability to travel frequently within BC territory • Valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation • Proven consultative sales capability, including establishing client relationships, conducting needs analysis, presenting solutions, and strong closing and servicing skills • Interest in acquiring and applying technology for business purposes preferred • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Analytical and decision-making skills • Effective organizational change and organizational skills to manage fluctuating workloads • Excellent customer and relationship leadership skills • Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills
