📋 Description

• Understand plan formulary design and rebate potentials for client-specific setups • Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy of GPO rebate processing and direct pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts • Establish recommendations to clients for rebate optimization • Provide sales and RFP support for prospective clients, client renewals, and market checks • Work with Finance and Underwriting teams to evaluate rebates and manage pricing risk • Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of client rebate financial guarantees • Facilitate delivery of information for decision-making • Serve as direct contact for Client Services on client-specific rebate reporting, guarantee questions, and data analysis • Coordinate with Analytics on maintenance of Navitus 3D Rebate reporting environments • Assist with new rebate program initiatives and expansion of rebate forecasting • Serve as subject matter expert for internal, external, manufacturer, client, and regulatory audits • Lead and coordinate government-related or regulated reporting • Collaborate with IRC Contractors and Rebate Operations team members • Maintain understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate contracts, submissions, and deliverables • Review GPO strategy and manufacturer contracts to configure rebate processing parameters and allocate rebate payments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • Pharmacy technician license preferred • 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required • Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience preferred • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees • Residents must be located in one of the eligible US jurisdictions listed by Navitus for remote work • M-F 8am to 5pm schedule
