📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to support the product roadmap • Analyze risks and develop contingency plans • Identify and communicate backlog of work with key stakeholders • Guide stakeholders in priorities based on business needs • Communicate program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods • Maintain and iterate on a roadmap of committed work through the current calendar • Lead projects and develop processes to measure and improve performance and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence • Experience identifying and managing project dependencies • Experience maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones • Experience working with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP • Ability to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work across global constituencies
