📋 Description

• Own relationships with key enterprise customers, including enablement, implementation, user adoption, and infrastructure needs • Monitor customer health and analyze customer usage data and files to identify and re-engage inactive or under-engaged customers • Develop creative, technical, and high-touch strategies to drive sustained adoption • Understand customer business needs and guide usage of Plotly products • Bridge gaps between product features and customer needs through design advice, tool recommendations, hands-on coding, and tailored examples • Collaborate with Account Executives to drive customer retention and expansion • Lead customers toward successful, sustainable outcomes and demonstrate value to stakeholders • Advise customers on best practices, product capabilities, and product roadmap • Connect customers with Plotly resources such as support, product, and services • Develop and manage customer profiles and metrics • Work with the Product team to address customer needs, pain points, and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as Sales Engineering, Support, Customer Success, or Sales • Ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio of customers • Proficiency in Python; willingness to write and share basic to intermediate code • Working knowledge of JavaScript or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a bonus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Charismatic and persuasive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Confidence communicating with technical, business, and executive stakeholders, including VP and C-level • Strong understanding of data science, analytics, and/or software development workflows • Passion for data analytics and creativity in guiding customers to successful outcomes • Ability to travel for customer on-sites • Must be located in Canada • Must answer whether sponsorship is required to work in Canada
