📋 Description

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance • Prepare meals • Perform light housekeeping • Accompany clients on outings • Handle shopping and errands • Assist with medications and provide reminders • Assist with ambulation and transportation of clients • Provide companionship • Follow care plans • Complete documentation and charting • Work under the supervision of the Care Coordinator • Perform personal care services to meet clients’ needs

🎯 Requirements

• Personal Support Worker Certificate • Minimum 10 years of experience in a home care setting • Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain • Ability to travel around the location territory with own vehicle • Access to internet and mobile phone • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle • Ability to work shifts ranging from 1 to 12 hours • PSW experience in Ontario
