📋 Description
• Receive inbound sales calls and understand customers’ storage needs • Recommend appropriate storage units • Overcome objections to obtain storage-unit reservations or complete rentals by phone • Answer existing customers’ questions, take payments, and resolve concerns • Make outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets • Perform duties assigned by supervisors

• Proficiency in both French Canadian & English • Good computer skills • Excellent verbal, phone, and email communication • Ability to build relationships, both internal and external • Good problem-solving abilities • Multi-tasking is a must • Ability to work weekends • Sales-driven with a can-do attitude • Customer-centric
