📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise opportunities in physical security, retail, and loss prevention • Source leads through outbound prospecting, industry events, networking, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Gong • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and presentations through negotiation and close • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Channel, and ecosystem partners on tailored solutions and deal strategy • Deliver product demonstrations and business cases showing Solink’s platform ROI and operational impact • Build and maintain relationships with security leads, C-level executives, and Fortune 1000 decision-makers • Act as a strategic partner to ensure customer satisfaction and identify platform growth opportunities • Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Track physical security, loss prevention, and emerging technology trends • Relay customer feedback and competitive insights to sales tactics and product priorities • Develop account plans, create pipeline, expand relationships, and deliver revenue commitments • Mentor peers and share enterprise selling expertise, insights, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of success managing full-cycle enterprise accounts in complex SaaS environments • Proven track record in large enterprise SaaS sales models and cycles • Consultative, solution-oriented sales approach • Experience with large account strategies and enterprise buying committees • Skilled in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals • Strong track record of exceeding quota, driving revenue growth, and landing high-impact deals • Excellent presenting, pitching, closing, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers • Results-oriented and self-motivated in competitive environments • Criminal records check upon hire • Canadian or American citizen, or eligible to work in Canada or the United States • Willingness to comply with Solink security policies and standards
