📋 Description

• Embed with teams and stakeholders to improve high-leverage workflows with custom tools, agents, skills, and prompt libraries. • Contribute to internal MCPs and reusable AI skills, and support adoption. • Track technical project progress and coordinate with AI Automation, Engineering, Product, and other internal stakeholders to keep initiatives on schedule. • Pull data across various databases to answer partner-team questions, unblock decisions, and validate ideas. • Help individuals achieve initial wins with AI and iterate on their tools and skills. • Identify problems, build solutions, deploy them, and hand them off. • Execute AI initiatives from initial scoping through impact measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms (Claude, ChatGPT), with a hands-on practitioner mindset. • 1–3 years of experience in technical program management, technical operations, analytics, or similar roles. • Able to take a defined problem, break it into scope, priorities, and next steps, and execute against them. • Analytically minded and hands-on with data. • Comfortable writing SQL against production warehouses and log stores. • Experience tracking metrics and using data to answer ad hoc questions and measure solution effectiveness. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. • Curiosity and drive to uncover root causes and spot new opportunities. • Experience in AdTech is preferred.
