📋 Description

• Drive the account forward every day - spot what needs doing and do it • Pull together product, engineering, delivery, and operations to land what’s been committed • Ensure what we ship to the client is right, both in quality and substance • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact, managing daily requests • Own account planning including roadmap, renewals, expansions, and commercial details • Handle incidents and escalations calmly - set expectations and align people

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships • Critical thinking about client needs • Experience working across teams without formal authority • Sharp communication skills - complex things, said simply • Genuine interest in basketball • Availability to work US Eastern Time hours with reliable internet
