📋 Description

• Own paid media strategy for DTC and eCommerce clients on Meta • Build creative testing roadmaps, develop angles, write briefs for editors, and analyze performance • Manage client ad budgets ranging from $30,000 per month to $1,000,000 per month • Diagnose full-funnel issues involving creative, offer, or conversion • Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients • Work with UGC creators by sourcing talent, writing scripts, and directing content when needed • Use AI tools and internal creative analysis and ad-account analysis tools in daily work • Test aggressively, learn quickly, and build scalable frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads with real spend and demonstrable CPA, ROAS, and revenue results • Experience scaling eCommerce brands • Ability to build creative testing roadmaps, develop creative angles, and write briefs for editors • Ability to analyze reviews, competitor ads, and comments to generate new creative angles • Experience writing UGC scripts or creative briefs • Ability to work with editors to create winning ad variations • Daily use of AI tools and willingness to learn new tools independently • Ability to diagnose whether issues are related to creative, offer, or conversion • Ability to communicate results, plans, and next steps clearly with clients • Ability to source UGC talent, write scripts, and direct content when needed • Ability to challenge assumptions, adapt quickly, explain decisions, take ownership, move fast, and follow through • Video editing or design skills are a plus • Experience building or operating a Shopify store or eCommerce brand is a bonus
