📋 Description

• Drive sales growth and expand market penetration across the assigned territory • Execute and adapt global sales strategies to regional customer segments and industry applications • Identify, develop, and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, resellers, and key end users • Prospect and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts • Build market presence and promote product solutions throughout the region • Provide solution-oriented technical sales support, product training, and customer guidance • Partner with representatives and channel networks to maximize revenue growth • Identify emerging applications, industries, and sales channels to accelerate business development • Initiate and support digital marketing and lead-generation activities • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems

🎯 Requirements

• Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and French is required • Territory coverage includes Ontario (from Thunder Bay and east) through to the East Coast of Canada • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in any field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience • Prior experience or background within the powertrain industry is highly beneficial • Proven track record in industrial or technical sales, account management, and business development • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities • Technical aptitude to understand industrial applications
