📋 Description

• Run VRIFY's owned digital channels and work alongside Sales to turn leads into pipeline • Own the email and nurture program: build, segment, QA, schedule, and send campaigns to clients and prospects • Manage owned channels, including the website, social channels, and reporting platforms • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels • Maintain consistent, clear, and audience-tailored messaging • Partner with Sales on lead capture, scoring, segmentation, routing, and qualified-lead handoff • Support account-based marketing through targeted outreach to priority accounts • Use Salesforce for lead engagement, tracking, and follow-up • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards covering lead flow, campaign performance, funnel conversion, and marketing-sourced pipeline • Maintain complete and current contact and company data through enrichment, deduplication, list hygiene, and campaign tracking • Analyze campaign results, competitors, and target markets, turning findings into recommendations • Manage marketing and enrichment tools and evaluate new tools and data sources • Document processes and reporting for consistent program execution • Report to the VP Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on ownership of email and other digital channels • Experience running email marketing at scale with a marketing automation platform, including segmentation, QA, and deliverability best practices • Working proficiency in Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards, managing campaigns and lists, and tracking leads and opportunities • Proven track record of working closely with Sales on shared pipeline and lead goals • Strong analytical skills and ability to adjust tactics based on data • Sharp copywriting skills: clear, concise, and personalized • Self-directed and organized, able to manage several campaigns at once with limited oversight • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM or marketing automation platform is advantageous • Salesforce administration experience or certification is a plus • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or 6sense is advantageous • Experience with account-based marketing or targeted outbound programs is advantageous • Experience marketing to technical or niche industries, such as mining, geoscience, or B2B SaaS with long sales cycles, is advantageous • Professional references and completion of a background check required • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
