📋 Description

• Own new employee onboarding end to end, from pre-boarding communications through live sessions • Build tailored onboarding paths with department leaders • Deliver onboarding for new employees, leaders, interns and returning employees • Facilitate live learning and onboarding sessions for groups of ten to sixty-plus, both in person and remotely • Design, develop and oversee employee events in person and remotely • Own event experience and agenda design, workback plans, budgets, vendors, executive briefings, communications, registration and production • Build and run learning programs, including leadership foundations and mandatory/compliance training • Design curricula and build programs in the learning platform • Own learning-program logistics • Create feedback loops and metrics to measure program effectiveness • Align Talent, Communications, IT, Brand and senior leaders • Iterate programs based on feedback and performance data

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, delivering and running onboarding, learning or employee experience programs, owning them end to end • Demonstrated excellence facilitating live sessions regularly for mixed and senior audiences, in person and remotely • Hands-on experience planning and producing employee events from concept to delivery, including experience design, budgets, vendors, communications and logistics • Instructional design and curriculum-building experience • Ability to build learning programs in a learning platform • Data-driven approach to measurement, feedback and program improvement • Good judgement when leveraging AI tools for content design, maintenance and program operations • Nice to have: hands-on experience with a learning management system such as Docebo • Nice to have: experience producing multi-day employee events for 200+ attendees • Nice to have: formal instructional design or facilitation training • Legally eligible to work in Canada
