âą Act as the strategic point of contact for our clients (hotels and guesthouses), ensuring they maximize the value of the contracted services. âą Hold regular meetings to understand needs, align expectations, and suggest improvements. âą Collaborate in defining marketing strategies that generate real results. âą Identify cancellation risks and act proactively to keep our clients engaged. âą Monitor NPS and propose actions based on the feedback received.
âą Experience in B2B customer service, preferably in hospitality or digital marketing. âą Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC) and paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads). âą Analytical, communicative, and proactive profile with a focus on results and retention. âą Ability to present data clearly and consultatively. âą Organized approach to conducting meetings with an agenda and follow-up on actions. âą Desired: knowledge of Google Analytics and ClickUp.
