📋 Description

‱ Act as the strategic point of contact for our clients (hotels and guesthouses), ensuring they maximize the value of the contracted services. ‱ Hold regular meetings to understand needs, align expectations, and suggest improvements. ‱ Collaborate in defining marketing strategies that generate real results. ‱ Identify cancellation risks and act proactively to keep our clients engaged. ‱ Monitor NPS and propose actions based on the feedback received.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Experience in B2B customer service, preferably in hospitality or digital marketing. ‱ Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC) and paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads). ‱ Analytical, communicative, and proactive profile with a focus on results and retention. ‱ Ability to present data clearly and consultatively. ‱ Organized approach to conducting meetings with an agenda and follow-up on actions. ‱ Desired: knowledge of Google Analytics and ClickUp.
