📋 Description

• End-to-end responsibility for the mounting structures category as well as B and C parts for PV systems, battery storage systems, and heat pumps • Develop and implement a category strategy to sustainably optimize costs, quality, and availability • Build and further develop a resilient, competitive supplier network • Conduct tenders (RFQ/RFPs) and negotiate prices • Identify and implement cost-down initiatives in coordination with company locations • Manage and develop existing supplier relationships, including performance monitoring • Ensure supply availability and quality in the growing installation environment • Collaborate with SCM, Installation Operations, and regional locations on demand planning and prioritization • Conduct potential analyses to identify cost-reduction levers • Establish scalable procurement processes • Manage categories using KPIs and data-driven reporting • Standardize workflows in ERP and procurement systems • Actively transfer knowledge and promote best practices within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in strategic procurement or category management • Technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and cost structures in installation materials or comparable categories • Experience conducting tenders (RFQ/RFPs) and leading complex price negotiations • Proven track record of identifying and implementing cost-down initiatives • Strongly data-driven and analytical approach, with a clear understanding of cost structures and market dynamics • Structured, self-directed way of working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels • Experience with ERP systems and modern procurement tools • Business-fluent German and English skills (C-level)
