📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for core Heartbeat app features, from discovery to delivery • Leverage AI throughout the design process • Elevate the product experience from good to excellent • Run user research including interviews, usability tests, and surveys • Partner proactively with product managers, engineers, and data scientists • Synthesize complex data into simple, elegant product decisions • Advocate for users in a fast-moving, technical environment • Shape the problem and ship polished, production-ready app experiences • Embed directly into B2C product teams shaping the Heartbeat consumer app

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level product design profile • AI-native design practice; daily use of AI tools in the design process and ability to show the work • Strength across UX process, visual design, UI craft, and cross-functional collaboration • End-to-end ownership of features from 0 to 1, from problem statement to shipped product • Proficiency in mobile app design patterns • Ability to identify gaps and act without being asked • Builder mindset focused on delivering products • Excellent verbal and written communication • English is the working language • Fluency in German is a big plus • Experience or fluency with Figma, Cursor, Claude, Notion, and Linear • Skills in AI-First Design, Prototyping, User Research, UX Process, Data Visualization, and Mobile App Design
