📋 Description

• Manage full intern hiring cycles and maintain university partnerships • Support new graduate hiring and internship conversion tracking • Plan and execute recruiting events and maintain relationships with university partners • Own the intern program experience including engagement programming • Flex into broader talent acquisition support as needed • Expect around 10–15% travel

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Emerging Talent, Campus Recruitment, University Relations, or Early Careers • Proven ability to manage full-cycle early-career hiring across multiple functions • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby and BrightHire) • A track record of planning and executing on campus and virtual recruiting events • Genuine curiosity about AI and its applications in recruiting • Strong interpersonal skills • A data mindset to use metrics for process improvement • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and adaptability
