📋 Description

• Detect availability issues. • Handle or escalate critical incidents. • Ensure remote access availability. • Perform basic tests. • Accurately document operational events in tickets and alerts. • Support continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring. • Document and expand the knowledge base with processes, tools, troubleshooting procedures and escalated projects relevant to the role. • Participate in NOC N1 subteams: NOC N1 | Customer Projects, NOC N1 | Internal Projects, NOC N1 | Daily Reports (Checklist), NOC N1 | Maintenance Tickets (Downtime) and NOC N1 | Contract Cancellations. • Serve on the NOC front line, ensuring prompt restoration of critical services for clients managed by 2Com Consulting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with remote access • Basic knowledge of Linux (CentOS/Oracle Linux/Ubuntu) and Windows Server • Experience managing services and firewalls on Windows and Linux • Basic understanding of network topology • Advantage: experience with open-source monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana)
