• Source and identify qualified candidates for IT roles using a variety of methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking • Screen candidates and assess their skills and experience • Conduct initial interviews with candidates • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process • Assist with the offer process and onboarding of new hires
