📋 Description

• Complete Convexity through our onboarding program • Understand our product offering through training • Meet the global team via virtual coffee meetings and happy hours • Learn our hiring processes, tools, and analytics framework • Take ownership of your hiring list • Source highly relevant profiles for our product and engineering teams • Pitch 360Learning’s EVP as if it were your own • Lead end-to-end hiring processes • Close your first candidates • Draft your own OKRs • Broaden the range of profiles you manage • Design well-structured interview processes • Close the expected number of candidates each month • Lead your first talent acquisition project (areas: employer brand, analytics, etc.) • Coach 360Learners on interviewing best practices • Deliver impactful improvements to our hiring processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of in-house recruiting experience at hyper-growth tech companies • Proven ability to identify outstanding tech talent and hire with diversity in mind • Strong instinct for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes • Sharp interview skills with the ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit • Ability to work in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment • Motivation to work in a remote-first company • Enthusiasm for our working environment: https://bit.ly/Convexity_360L
