• Selling 3M CBT products, specifying 3M solutions to drive growth with large fleet, signage and personal auto customers. • Building pipeline of new business on graphics programs. • Building relationships with key account sales teams, training on 3M solutions, new account prospecting, vetting, onboarding, activation, resulting in accelerated sales growth. • Coordinate new business development efforts with Sales Management, Portfolio Teams (APL’s, CDM’s), Shopper Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, Application Engineers and Supply Chain. • Develop relationships with key stakeholders both external and internal. • Properly manage sales estimates, CIP, MDF, rebates, claims, travel budgets. • Interpreting industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives to define guidelines/methods to achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Five (5) years of sales experience with account management responsibility in a retail, private, public, government or military environment. • Three (3) years of experience with Brand Owners and developing a sales pipeline on Brand projects • Current, valid Driver’s License. • Master of Business Administration (MBA). • Strong work ethic. • Willingness to go the extra mile. • Proven track record of success. • Self-starter with positive mental attitude who follows up and follows through. • Advance leadership and project management skills. • Independent and strategic thinker able to make solid business decisions. • Ability to analyze and apply data to drive strategy and sales. • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members, customers, and division management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Energized by fast paced, challenging work environment. • Experience working with digital marketing tactics, e-commerce, & AI. • Experience in calling on national key accounts. • Experience working with and managing brand owners. • Expertise with Sales Force, Power BI, Workday, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. • Willingness to make the call. • Relentless approach to developing new business for 3M.
