• Responsible for assigned PA business development as a territory account manager in CBTD. • Cooperate closely with territory sales manager in carrying out sales plan and deliver results. • Drive retail shop KPI management and business expansion. • Drive AOEM and PDI customer management and market penetration. • Complete new product launch preparation and achieve regional commercialization targets. • Conduct market research & segment analysis for designated products, capture market trends and customer demands. • Complete other work assigned by the supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree or above. • Over 3 years of relevant sales experience in the industry; candidates with MNC, OEM or PDI key account sales background are preferred. • Innovative mindset, with strong analytical capability and professional selling skills. • Outstanding problem-solving ability and strong execution. • Excellent cross-team coordination and communication skills. • Proficient in written & oral English for daily business communication. • Skilled in office software (Excel, PPT, etc.) for data analysis and report presentation.
