• Achieve specific sales objectives • Provide sales coverage of assigned accounts or assigned territory • Perform entry-level sales work under close supervision • Refer issues not covered by instructions or procedures to a seasoned sales representative or area sales manager • Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture
🎯 Requirements
• New to sales or entry-level sales experience • Demonstrated aptitude for selling • Must provide education and work history by uploading a resume or entering the information into the application fields • Must follow safety policies, identify hazards, and engage in continuous improvement
