📋 Description

• Develop the Key Account Plan and implement strategy targeting Semiconductor market • Sales activities to create new opportunities with 3M semiconductor material solutions • Leads Sales Project and New Application Development • Sales Revenue and Channel Management • Manage key OEM business and build a strong relationship with customers in the value chains • Identify new opportunities and understand customer requirements and VOC through regular customer interactions to bring internal communication • Achieving sales targets and contribute to sustainable growth and success of the company • Products: Semiconductor Materials (CMP pad/ pad conditioner/ FEOL/ MEOL/ Chemical) • Selling process: Creating and winning specifications at key accounts and sell through 3M channel partners or distributors • Requires frequent travel to the Hiroshima area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher • Experienced min. 10 years at Semiconductor industry, available less than 20 years • Excellent understanding of CMP process and working process for qualification • Able to influence and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Fluent in English • Experience working in an agile environment • Preferred experience of R&D or process engineer backgrounds • Global communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders • Preferred candidates residing in or near Osaka or Hiroshima area
