• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for the Europe region. • Partner with business leaders and People Partners to drive strategic hiring. • Develop a data-driven regional hiring strategy that aligns with global TA goals. • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists across Europe. • Ensure recruitment KPIs are met consistently. • Serve as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders. • Champion 3Pillar’s culture and EVP across all talent touchpoints. • Drive regional employer branding initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline preferred. • Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing multi-country-level recruitment in Europe. • Proven experience hiring for technology and digital product engineering talent. • Strong understanding of European hiring practices, employment laws, and talent market dynamics.
