• Support management of incoming calls, e-mails, chats • Develop brand identity with new and existing customers • Classify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Act as the company’s front-line contact with customers • Provide support in all areas of customer service • Examine, analyze, and document relevant details for accurate data entry • Ensure accuracy of customer records and update as needed • Handle a high volume of inbound customer touchpoints via multiple channels • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at every customer touchpoint • Complete customer transactions, documentation, and/or data entry timely • Continuously improve job-specific skills and technical knowledge
• High school diploma or GED required • Technical Certification or Associates Degree preferred • 1+ years of customer service, hospitality, technical support, or related work experience required • 2-5 years of experience preferred • Internet speed minimum of 100 download and 25 upload • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to maintain/exceed overall performance with high levels of accuracy • Demonstrated flexibility and innovation to resolve problems • Advanced organization, prioritization, and attention to detail skills • Ability to work independently or with others in a fast-paced environment • Excellent attendance and dependability • Skill in resolving conflicts compassionately • Experience with multilateral computer systems and technology • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
