📋 Description

• Upload ad creatives, copy, headlines, URLs, and all required information into Meta Ads Manager. • Launch campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads following established strategies. • Monitor campaigns daily to identify overspending, underperforming ads, or opportunities for scaling. • Ensure proper pixel setup, audience targeting, and tracking for all campaigns. • Collaborate with the marketing team to report on high-performing ads and recommend adjustments to budgets based on ROAS and KPI targets. • Maintain organized campaign data and provide insights to inform future campaigns. • Follow SOPs closely while flagging anomalies or opportunities for optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or similar role, ideally supporting ecommerce or performance marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, audience targeting, pixel setup, and reporting. • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable following processes and SOPs. • Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with a distributed team. • Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) is a plus. • Experience managing ad budgets and understanding campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.) preferred. • Comfortable with daily reporting and providing clear updates to the strategist or media buyer lead.
