📋 Description

• Map and manage features with development teams using agile methodologies • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand and document software project requirements • Gather functional requirements and user stories, negotiating and aligning with business expectations • Manage the product backlog, planning sprints and releases with the teams • Serve as the liaison with technical teams for product support and maintenance • Define product features (Product Backlog) • Adjust features and priorities during each Sprint, as needed • Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible and transparent to everyone • Ensure that the Development Team understands Product Backlog items to the required level of detail • Decide the release date and release content • Accept or reject work results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Information Technology, or a related field • Proficiency with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience with agile projects and the implementation of products and systems • Experience with analytics projects • Experience organizing and managing technical-functional roadmaps for applications and solutions • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and directors • Ability to balance multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • Certifications in Project Management, Product Ownership, or PM are a plus • Fluency in English is required for work on a global project
