📋 Description

• Lead data-driven solutions for customers • Oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization • Provide data analysis supporting business and digital product growth through data visualization • Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists • Develop and deliver high-quality data products • Attract, retain, develop, mentor, and train data talent • Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand data needs and priorities • Communicate the value of data initiatives • Prioritize tasks and define the roadmap while balancing competing stakeholder demands • Balance strategic management with hands-on execution and day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent level of English C1 or above • Spanish communication (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory • Experience working with international clients • Proficiency with PowerBI • Strong work in customer segmentation • Strong strategic thinking and product mindset • Experience with value-based prioritization • Proven team leadership skills with a hands-on approach
