🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in sales or lead management, ideally in real estate • Strong ability to connect with sellers and build trust • Exceptional verbal and written skills in English • Proficient with CRMs and follow-up systems • Detail-oriented and consistent in documentation • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach • High energy, positive mindset, and strong work ethic • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets • Passionate about sales and customer service.
