📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact for personal injury clients • Maintain regular communication regarding treatment progress and case status • Manage and prioritize an active caseload • Document all client communications accurately in the case management system • Respond professionally to clients experiencing stressful situations • Monitor clients' treatment progression and coordinate with medical providers
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Personal Injury Intake or similar roles • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Strong computer proficiency and ability to document interactions accurately while speaking with clients • Experience managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
