📋 Description

• Support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution under attorney supervision • Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases • Meet or exceed settlement and treatment goals while adhering to case lifecycle timelines • Manage insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, and claims • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date case documentation and activity records in Litify • Assist with case-related activities and legal support functions • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish as needed • Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays • Ensure compliance with firm procedures, documentation standards, and case management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management • Experience handling personal injury claims, including familiarity with no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims • Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm • Fluent in English and Spanish • Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills • Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment • Prior experience using Litify or Salesforce preferred • Contractors must supply their own equipment and workspace • Computer capable of running a browser-based ATS, video conferencing, and a softphone simultaneously • Windows 11 with Intel i5 8th generation or newer or equivalent, 16 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD; or macOS 14 Sonoma or newer with Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD • Device must be used solely by the contractor • Wired Ethernet preferred or 5 GHz Wi-Fi acceptable, with minimum 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload, latency under 100 ms, and a private password-protected network • USB noise-cancelling headset with microphone • Webcam capable of clear video • Full-disk encryption enabled, automatic security updates enabled, screen lock after no more than 10 minutes idle, and active endpoint protection software • Applicant data stored only in firm-designated systems, never on personal cloud storage or local drives
