📋 Description

• Support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution under attorney supervision • Apply expert knowledge of the bodily injury claims process • Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases • Meet or exceed settlement and treatment goals while following case lifecycle timelines • Manage insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, and claim activities • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys • Maintain accurate, complete, and current case documentation and activity records in Litify • Assist with case-related activities and legal support functions • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish as needed • Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays • Ensure compliance with firm procedures, documentation standards, and case management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management • Experience handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims • Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm • Fluent in English and Spanish • Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills • Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment • Prior experience using Litify or Salesforce preferred • Contractors must supply their own equipment, software, internet connection, and workspace • Computer meeting specified Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum specifications • Wired Ethernet preferred or 5 GHz Wi-Fi with minimum 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, and latency under 100 ms • Private, password-protected network; public Wi-Fi is not permitted • USB noise-cancelling headset with microphone • Webcam capable of clear video • Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock after no more than 10 minutes idle, and active endpoint protection software • Applicant data stored only in firm-designated systems
