📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, business information systems, insurance / risk and insurance, industrial engineering, or a comparable program with a focus on insurance • 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance sector • Ideally, experience in management consulting or with an insurance company • Ideally, knowledge of business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization • Experience with insurance processes and an understanding of how to implement complex workflows efficiently and sustainably • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in operational excellence and process management are a plus • Independent working style, strong self-organization, and initiative • Empathy and the ability to advise clients as a trusted partner • Creativity and a solution-oriented mindset • Willingness to travel to client sites • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations
